This is a cozy 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo located in the center of town and inside the South View condo complex.

The bedroom is furnished with a beautiful California King aspen pine log bed with a dual-control electric blanket! The living room area is furnished with a comfortable La Z Boy chair, queen size sofa sleeper and a matching oversized chair; plenty of space to gather around the wood burning fireplace after a long day on the slopes! There are several board games, including chess and checkers, provided for your enjoyment!

There is a stacked washer and dryer located in the bathroom area for your laundry needs. The kitchen is fully stocked with all dishes, pots and pans and utensils you will need for cooking, as well as a full size refrigerator, microwave, stove and dishwasher! There are 4 bar stools at the kitchen counter.

The deck offers forest views and an electric grill for those outdoor cooks!  ABSOLUTELY NO PETS!

40% of rental amount is non-refundable unless reservation is cancelled at least 2 weeks in advance.
